Legal Costs can be crippling in poorly managed cases. Paul provides all clients with a written Cost Agreement, which complies with the Legal Practitioners Act.
It sets out a competitive scale of fees for Final Hearings, Interim Hearings, Office work such as conferences, drafting documents and advices. Your rights are explained to you in the Cost Agreement.
For those more complex matters Paul will discuss in advance the fees to be charged.
Paul will always confirm about the costs involved as the case progresses, so that a client can weigh up the balance between proceeding or resolution at that stage of the matter.
Inquiries about fees are always welcome before committing to giving instructions. Legal Aid briefs, usually in Independent Childrens Lawyer matters are accepted by arrangement beforehand.
